The Blaustein Philanthropic Group
The Blaustein Philanthropic Group was in need of an understated working environment to support their philanthropy. Located on the 29th floor of a downtown office tower, the design celebrates natural daylight and beautiful views of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The shallow depth of the floor plate relative to the elevator bank allows for all employees to have work spaces along the glass, perimeter wall. Subdued colors and finishes along with fixtures and furniture recycled from a previous location combine to create a quiet elegance.
