The Lodge at Chi Psi

Fraternity House

Faced with a growing interest and a desire tp upgrade "The Lodge", the members at Chi Psi asked us to investigate thier current house for renovation, as well as explore two adjacent lots for buildability.

 

The package we presented focused on the main house for three main reasons: 1) Location - The desire to be amongst other fraternities on Madisoin Lane seemed important. 2) Cost - Adjacent lots were costly and required new building and 3) Feasibility - All the fraternity's desired program was able to be successfully integrated into a renovated and expanded exsiting structure.
