Country Club of Central Virginia
After completing a master plan for the Country Club of Virginia, Water Street Studios asked us to help visualize Phase 1 of the plan: an outdoor terrace at Ollie's Restaurant and Bar.
At a critical junction of tennis courts, golf course, swimming pool, and clubhouse, this outdoor terrace serves as a room to help occupy this area with usable space. Formal landscaping and cantanary lights complete the imagery, which was used to gain design consensus and sent to club members for fundraising and gaining momentum to move the project forward.
