Gropen, Inc.

An exciting 11,000 SF addition combines high-end design offices with fabrication spaces focused on quality, hand-made signage and environmental graphics.


Our friends at Gropen needed a space to grow into, while reflecting the high-level, beautiful work they produce. The result was a sleek, modern pre-fabricated building that will greatly improve the existing site.


The project was warmly received by the Albemarle County ARB, gaining unanimous approval from all four members.
