Jim Rouse Visionary Center at AVAM

This expansion involves the renovation
and adaptation of a whiskey barrel
warehouse into exhibit, classroom, and reception/performance space. Work also includes the development of a master plan for linking the museum
complex of buildings and the integration into historic Federal Hill. The project received federal and state
historic tax credits and recycles the
existing wood timbers as a backdrop for changing exhibits.
