Master Planning

Studying one of the most important sites in Albemarle County at the corner of Barracks Road and Route 29, we looked at ways to increase density, mix uses, and improve aesthetics in an effort ot draw the national tennants that the client desired.

 

Working together with landscape architects, civil engineers, and the owner, we developed a plan the would be appealing to County planners / zoning ordinances, while allowing flexibility to grow, phase, and increase value as tenants sign on.
