Page Street Feasibility Study
23 Unit Multi Family
District: Charlottesville, VA
In a true "Go or No Go" scenario, Design Develop was asked to study the feasibility of a 23 unit multi-family building on a site in the 10th and Page Neighborhood of Charlottesville, VA.
To minimize scale and impact on neighborhood, we broke the program into two buildings that more closely related to adjacent structures, tucked parking underneath, and provided two important pocket parks for area residents. Due to a required SUP for increased density, the project was not pursued any further.
