After establishing a physical branch on the Downtown Mall in 2017, C & F was excited to expand its capacity a new retail branch in the Shops at Stonefield.​

Tasked with accommodating a 12,300 SF bank on a very narrow site with close adjacent buildings, we recognized the need for the proposed building to blend in and harmonize with the scale and aesthetics of the adjacent retail uses, but also differentiate itself to mark the institutional, financial services begin performed within. Challenging site requirements, like adequate parking and drive-thru aisles was also compounded by the Entrance Corridor requirements from the County's Architecture Review Board.

The result is a bright, modern bank facility that meets the needs of C+F and the Shops at Stonefield.
