These images were used to gain Special Use Permit approvals at a particularly prickly Planning Commission meeting. With all prior projects being denied permits, the Commission appreciated the hard work done by the architect to refine and redesign the pedestrian experience along Jefferson Park Avenue.

The renderings and photomontages allowed the architect's redesign to be wholly and comprehensively described, with universal legibility and a clarity that without might have otherwise led to denial.
