Part of the renaissance of Central Baltimore, My Mama's Vegan Café will be occupying a corner commercial retail of the historic Greenmount Ave corridor. A popular soul vegan restaurant, the renovation for the storefront and interior will reflect the vibrancy and colorful personality of the owner, and will help contribute to the redevelopment strategy for the neighborhood it will serve. The dark and closed up exterior will be replaced with large wood storefronts to be more friendly and inviting. The interior will be renovated for a new customer area where the original tin ceiling will be exposed and an open counter breaks down the barrier behind plexiglass that was once there.
