A challenging renovation project involved the conversion of a 6,000 SF retail store, previously used as a furniture showroom.

To transform the existing structure into a functional outreach center, we applied efficient space planning to meet the broad program requirements, transformed the side elevations to allow for increased daylighting and habitable outdoor spaces, and created a defined entry sequence through a new front facade.

Extensive site work creates an inviting progression, while providing a threshold between the public parking lot and private waiting area. With the potential to expand into the lower level, Region Ten is in a great home to service the community.
