We were asked to create an animation and rendered stills for this study in urban density, composed of 15 residences in the heart of downtown Charlottesville with an emphasis on terraced living and customizable interiors. The animation walk-through shows the dynamic spaces created by the many levels of terraces, highlighting the views of the surrounding area while giving an overall sense of scale and mass to potential clients. Going beyond the entitlement process, these images and animations have been a cornerstone for the marketing campaign for the developer.
