Arc of the Piedmont
For over three years, Design Develop worked closely with this non-profit and commercial brokers in their search for a new, accessible, cost-effective facility that could serve their future needs and projected growth.
After a 12 month search, the new facility on Rose Hill was selected. Originally, a grocery store that had gone through several conversions and alterations, the bones for an open and accessible facility were appealing to the Arc of the Piedmont. The "L-shaped" plan worked logically for one wing of administrative offices and one wing of day-support services for individuals, while a modern addition at the rear of site provided an opportunity for training rooms, conference rooms, and therapy rooms.
