Working closely with the architects and team of developers, Design Develop was asked to provide both 3D exterior renderings and 2D floor plans, sections, and landscape plans, as well as assemble the final book that was submitted to the competition held in the spring of 2014. Upon being unanimously chosen by City Council as the clear winner, we were asked to provide the submittal for the Board of Architectural Review and Special Use Permit, complete with plans, sections, massing diagrams, 3D renderings, and illustrative site plans.
