Performance Signs, a well known and respected graphics and signage company in Ruckersville, VA engaged Design Develop to help them renovate and expand a 10,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building for their new offices and vinyl fabrication facility.

The new ground up 5,000 square foot office building will house their sales and administration program, while the 10,000 square foot warehouse will be converted for production/design and installation of vehicle vinyl graphics.

Understanding that first impressions are important, the client wanted an impactful entry and lobby for customers while not forgetting to create a workplace for the staff that they are proud of and enjoy coming to.
