Region Ten: 800 Preston Ave.

Originally constructed in 1968 as a computer office building, 800 Preston Ave. went through many renovations for multiple uses. This left an inefficient floor plan, with an excessive amount of unusable space dedicated to mechanical systems, building circulation, and impractical room sizes. 

 

Our main priority was to organize the space into a functional layout and provide a more pleasant environment for both the employees and clientele. The main entrance is defined by a two-story atrium space and was relocated to a centralized location from which wings of offices, exam rooms, and meeting spaces are organized.

 

This new space provides a great for mental health outreach and services.
