Brewery, Distillery, and Restaurant

The unexpected purchase of some adjacent land required the owner of an existing successfully brewery along the successful Brew Ridge Trail required quick planning and site analysis.

 

Given a limited time of study, Design Develop was tasked with discerning the client's goals and then determining the best plan of action for the additional lot. Studying everything from regional precedents to local zoning code to views / sun angles on the site, we planned for long term growth while keeping an eye on near future deadlines and required decisions.
