Along another corridor in downtown Charlottesville experience exciting new growth and projects, Design Develop was asked to explore a dense, urban, mixed-use project while retaining the historic building on site.


What was generated is a proposed schematic that is realistic, phasable, buildable, and most importantly, possible to obtain city approvals. With land values along in-fill projects sky rocketing, studies like this can mean millions of dollars in differences in sales price, especially when a buyer can easily understand how much can actually be built.
