The Design Develop team is incredibly grateful for amazing clients who invite us along projects like this one--another unanimous approval at the Charlottesville Board of Architecture Review helps move this project forward, and we can't wait to break ground this summer! Coming August 2021, this 20 unit, 64 bed housing complex will be located on Virginia Avenue, within sight of Beta Bridge, and promises modern student housing at it's finest.
