With a growing family and the desire to have a master suite that hightlighted the magnificient views, we were tasked with creating the space that would accomplish these goals, while addressing circulation issues that existed within the home.

The solution was to remove an ill-placed staircase that opened up axis to the addition, allowing for long beautiful sight lines within the residence, and orientated each room outward to the views. The addition provides a bright, airy master suite, while finished basement serves as a family playroom / den.

Beautiful patios wrap the west side of the house, conversing with their indoor counterparts while nearly doubling the usable square footage.
