Animal Hospital

Charlottesville, VA

A new 4,600 GSF shell building to be the future home of an animal hospital tenant along the Albemarle County Entrance Corridor. This project received unanimous approval from the ARB, comments highlighting the successful approach to reduce the scale of the facade and use of landscape to diminish the “back door” feel of the rear facade along Hydraulic Drive.
