Old Trail Heights

Crozet, VA

This 4 story, 22,000 SF mixed use development to be located at the corner of Old Trail Drive and Ashlar Avenue is in the heart of Old Trail Village’s commercial core. The project’s ground floor features 7 parking spots and 3,800 SF of retail, while the three stories above house a mixture of 13 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments.
