The owners of Performance Signs faced a significant challenge. Their business had experienced a surge in happy customers, leading to an expansion that rendered their existing single-bay fabrication and design center insufficient. The Design Develop Team was tasked with envisioning a new headquarters within the confines of a former wood floor manufacturing plant.

By implementing selective demolition in strategic areas and introducing a new building program at the front of the structure, we were able to successfully synthesize the administrative and design side of the building with the working, fabrication, and installation side. The two-story structure boasts a striking double-height entry foyer and seamlessly incorporates public elements such as conference and sales centers into the more discreet functions like offices and design studios.
