Asked by our good friends at Southern Development to study a parcel on Pantops, we took cues from the existing, residential scaled adjacent properties and blended them with a modern, commercial addition.

The result is an exciting juxtaposition of two scales and styles, and the interior layout is expressed visually in the exterior building form. The 4,000 square foot, two story office building features 18 offices, 2 meeting rooms, and a two story entrance area.

With views to the Rivanna on the south side, we focused our areas of heavy glazing on that side, allowing ample daylighting and enhanced views in most meeting rooms and public spaces.
