The owners of the Subaru Dealership of Charlottesville entrusted us with the task of revitalizing the existing facility to realign it with the company's distinctive brand identity. We were immediately confronted with the challenges posed by renovating a 20 year old building, situated along a major entrance corridor. However, we were able to overcome these obstacles through thoughtful planning and design.

The new design adds 6,700 square feet to the existing facility, adding two new service drives and a front portico that functions as an outdoor extension of the vehicle showroom. Notable design features include new slate tower and aluminum composite paneling. Interior renovations of the existing structure include an updated showroom, sales and manager’s offices and customer amenities.
