Faced with a growing interest and a desire to upgrade "The Lodge", the members at Chi Psi asked us to investigate their current house for renovation, as well as explore two adjacent lots for build-ability.

The package we presented focused on the main house for three main reasons:

1) Location - The desire to be among other fraternities on Madison Lane seemed important.

2) Cost - Adjacent lots were costly and required new building and

3) Feasibility - All the fraternity's desired program was able to be successfully integrated into a renovated and expanded existing structure.
